Glass Bottle Juice Filling Machine

1.The gripper equipped with high-efficient spray nozzle, it can develop to any position of inside of the bottle, and can save rinsing water. There is a cover above the spray nozzle which can prevent water spilling; and there are regulatory recycle slot and recycle pipes under the nozzles.
2.Adopted Germany IGUS anti-corrosion non-maintaining bearing that can reduce the pollution of filling to the environment.
3.The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced foreign design with a fast filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket, a few sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole filling valve is made of 316L.
4.The filling system has a CIP circulation system to wash the pipeline and fake-cup used for cleaning filling valve. This system can clean the juice pipe, liquid tank and filling valve etc. effectively.
5.The screwing capping head is dual-purpose design; it is suitable for flat cap and sport cap.
6.There are aseptic nozzles between the transition poking wheel and filling parts to rinse the product rested in the bottleneck screw parts. 7.There is a cap-lock cylinder in the joint between the cap-falling guide and poking cap plate. It is realize that no feeding no cap.

The product has 3 main applications:

Tunnel Warmer:

For product warming, tempering or slow heat up process to ensure ZERO product breakage. Tunnel Pasteurizer:

Applied to product to ensure that the pasteurizing process is complete. Usually implemented when the filling process has not allowed suitable time for effective pasteurizing to take effect.

Tunnel Cooler:

After the hot fill product and pasteurizing, fast, effective product cooling is required in order to maintain the product color, smell, taste, texture, appearance and other important characteristics that are important to your products market potential.

• 1.Bottle infeed

  Bottle infeed by combination of infeed star wheels.

• 2.Washing Part

  Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
  
  Rinsing machine adopts XINMAO original overturn and double-opened bottle clip. Bottle clip lock the bottleneck, the material of bottle clip is SUS304, which is hygienic and durable.
  
  Bottle clip equipped with efficient spray on nozzle. The extrusive droplet with 15° angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle, and can save the water.

• 3.Filling Part

• 4.Capping Part

  Capping machine is most precision part in the 3-1 machine, it has a big influence to the goods stability and defective rate.
  

  1) XINMAO import of advanced technology of screw capping, improve the stability and reliability of the screw capping machine. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. the power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
  

  2) In the screw capping part. it installed photo electrical control , when it has no cap ,or the cap is bad, the machine will stop automatically.

5.Labeling Machine

There are mainly three kinds labeling machine, PVC sleeve shrink labeling machine, self adhesive labeling machine and OPP hot glue labeling machine.

6.Packaging Machine

There are mainly two kinds of case packing machines, film shrink wrapping machine and carton packing machine. For film shrink wrapping machine, there is also with for unprinted film and for printed film, then there is also shrink film with carton tray. For carton packing machine, there is tape sealing type and hot glue sealing type.
