Description

XINMAO DCGF-series rinsing, filling, Capping 3-in-1 monobloc machine introduced by foreign advanced gas-filling technique is a high performance fully automatic liquid packaging equipment. Machine for carbonated beverage packaging machine has the following characteristics: filling tank, filling valves and other components in direct contact with the material are high-quality stainless steel or non-toxic materials, in line with food hygiene requirements: use of resistant seals hot rubber to meet the high-temperature sterilization process of user requirements: PCL programmable controller used to realize from the bottle into the machine to the packaging of finished using the automatic control of frequency control, easy to transfer the user to adjust prepared to meet the different process on the capacity requirements; using isobaric filling principle and popular spring-loaded valves, ensuring the quality of the beverage, using an advanced magnetic clutch adjustment screw cap torque device to ensure the quality of the blocks.

Features

  • 1. Compact structured, good-looking, easy to operate and highly automated.

  • 2. Air conveyor is directly linked with infeed starwheels, making it easier to change bottles without screws and conveyor chains.

  • 3. Bottles are conveyed with neck blocked. Bottles can be changed through some replacement of guiding sheets, starwheels of nylon instead of height adjustment of machine.

  • 4. Rinser-clamp of special design is strong and endurable, without contact with worms at bottle-mouth, to prevent bi-pollution.
        

  • 5. Highly effective spraying nozzles equipped on the rinser-clamp can rinse every side of inner bottle and save water.

  • 6. Parts with contact with material are all made of stainless steel of food-grade, no dead angles and easy to clean up.

  • 7. Feed-in volume is controlled to ensure accurate filling.

  • 8. Valve on-off system is driven by pneumatic cylinder, which starts on bottle signals.

  • 9. High-speed and highly accurate filling valves ensure no loss of liquid at high speed.

  • 10. Bottles are kept with necks blocking when going up and down by elevator-cylinder, which apply to thin bottles with equal force instead of spring problem.

  • 11. Equipped with CIP clean-in-place.

  • 12. Bottle support-sheet in infeed starwheels goes down via screw. Bottles can be changed without adjustment of height of conveyor chain.

  • 13. Capping heads are magnetic constant-torque equipped to ensure capping quality with no damage.

  • 14. Highly effective cap sorting and feed in system is protective for feed in and cap absence.

  • 15. Equipped with overload system to safeguard machine and operators.

XINMAO Machine Working Procedure
1.Prepare for pressure
The inflation valve opens, forming a passage between the bottle and the return air channel. CO2 is filled into the bottle through this passage until the CO2 pressure in the bottle is equal to the pressure in the tank.
2.Filling
The filling valve opens, forming a passage between the bottle and the tank, through which liquid is filled in the bottle. At the same time, the CO2 in the bottle flows back to the tank through the return pipe at the same speed, until the liquid in the bottle rises and flows through the return pipe to form pressure balance, the compressed CO2 in the bottle seals the liquid to continue to flow out. When the liquid enters the bottle, it is evenly distributed to the bottle wall through the diversion umbrella to avoid foaming due to impact during filling.
3.Close valve
After the filled bottles have stood for a certain period of time, the liquid valve and the inflatable valve are closed to cut off the passage between the tank and the bottle.
4.Discharge
The exhaust valve opens, creating a passage between the tank and the atmosphere, the pressure in the bottle is thereby released. The final pressure release process is carried out until the bottle is separated from the filling valve.
5.Blowing residual liquid
When the filling valve is located between the bottle outlet and bottle inlet star wheels, the inflatable valve stem opens and then closes after the preset time. In this way, the CO2 gas in the tank will blow out the remaining liquid in the return pipe.
