It is applied for the production of pure water, mineral water, beverage’s product water and process water. It is mainly composed of the following equipments: pre-treatment system (multi-medium filter, active carbon filter, micron filter), membrane separation system (Ultrafilter, nanometer filter, RO system), sterilization system (UV sterilizing, ozone mixing) and so on.
Description
The reverse osmosis can remove more than 97% of the colloid,microorganism,particles and organic materials,becoming the best first-choice equipment in the engineering of modern purified water,highly purified water and space water (super-purified water).
*Typical Reverse Osmosis Processing:
Raw water pump → Silica sand filter → Activated carbon filter→ Sodium ion exchanger → Security filter → High-pressure pump →Reverse osmosis system →Uv sterilizer→Ozone sterilizer →Finished Water tank
1. Raw Water Pump: provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter
2. Silica Sand Filter: get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on
3. Activated Carbon Filter: Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
4, Water Softener: Get rid of calcium and magnesium ions in original / source water, reduce water hardness.
5. Security Filter: prevent any deposition of large Particles into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
6. High Pressure Pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 Mpa).
7. RO system-- main part of pure water treatment plant. The desaltation rate upto 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions and 98% of organic.
8.UV Sterilizer -- kill some bad substance that may also pass through the reverse osmosis
9.Ozone Sterilizer -- Use ozone Kill bacteria not killed by UV
10.Finished Water Tank -- For filter water storage
